Church Planting

Welcome

What's New

Ministries

Mitooma

Our focus for this year is again in Africa. The reason
we are going back to Africa is because just a generation
ago, Africa was 75% born again Christian. But Islam has
targeted Africa and hasput hundreds of millions of dollars
into Africa. We can do better, because we have both the
Living God and the truth that sets people free from
 bondages!
Out target is the city of Mitooma, a regional center
in Western Uganda. The tribal affiliation is Lunyankole.
The Pastor that we are going to ordain and install is
 Pastor Bagwa.
They have been holding services in this location for a
couple of years but it is time now to build and open
officially as a Regional Centre church with it’s own
building. Currently they are renting a small hall for this
church and it has worked until they are now at the stage
where they have outgrown it; they must have our their
building and it must be big enough for the job ahead.
The job ahead will include first of all to be a church
home for the many local folks.
Second, it will be a regional Training Centre such as
is our Centre in Masaka where our bible school is located
which was specially designed for ministry center such as we
now envision. It will come complete with a Bible School in
the language of that area; this means that they will
translate all of their Bible school in both video and
written to be used amongst this tribe of folks.
Incidentally by way of vision we see this as being the
wave of the future where we use the local language to
teach in a given area designed to be completed in two years
and where the pastor will not leave his home or village
for more then one week a month, and where that week is only
from Monday through Friday night meaning the pastor is not
gone for any Sunday at all. Under a proven system
where our partner ministry, World outreach Ministries
Foundation, has been doing this for many years now already
the pastor comes for those 5 days then takes with him back
to his village enough home work to keep him going till the
next time he comes back to school. This is a two year
program and at the end the Student will be very well
educated beyond what he ever could be without such a
 program.
Look at the following photos and pray with us for Mitooma:

Here we see that the need is great for a building!

This is the picture of the land that we are hoping to buy and build a church/bible school on it

This house is on the land and our new pastor would be able to live there. He is currently renting two rooms for his family of five.
